Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. We do offer a 30 money back guarantee on all websites and search engine optimization. If you are within the 30 day free trial period, or 30 day money back guarantee period you will receive a either a prorated or full refund for all services rendered depending on the nature of the service purchased.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If your services are cancelled you will no longer have access to the website or domain name. If you prefer to keep your domain name and were simply not satisfied with the original web design, we are able to redesign the website at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, or you are within the 30 day moneyback guarantee. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at curioforgewebdesign@gmail.com
